Job Description

Summary

As a Temporary HR Coordinator at Van Cleef and Arpels in New York, you will support the Human Resources team for approximately 6 months. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including preboarding, onboarding, and people analytics, while reporting to the VP of Human Resources.

Responsibilities
  • Update associate information in HRIS and maintain employee-related files.
  • Perform administrative duties related to people data for expense allocation and reporting.
  • Analyze data from various reports and extrapolate relevant information for the business.
  • Communicate leave of absence and benefits processes.
  • Support payroll inquiries related to Dayforce, earned time, and holiday pay.
  • Assist with managing the offer process, including inputting offer details and coordinating background checks.
  • Manage NSPOs for HR and collaborate with Finance and Procurement for PO setup.
  • Support onboarding initiatives, including sending guidelines to hiring managers and arranging onboarding gifts.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, notably Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
