Job Description

Summary

As a Human Resources Director, you will partner with the Regional and Retail Management leadership teams to achieve strategic and commercial objectives through workforce and HR planning. You will focus on recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent, promoting the brand as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities
  • Develop managers to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise through coaching and tailored action plans.
  • Drive innovation and business growth by fostering a culture of engagement and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and LV policies.
  • Partner with Internal Communications for regional communication rollout.
  • Manage the Performance Career Review and Organizational Management Review campaigns.
  • Work with Talent Development and Retail Training to implement effective strategies.
  • Lead the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in developing talent acquisition plans.
  • Advise managers on employee relations cases and conduct complex ER investigations.
  • Ensure accurate employee compensation and benefits administration.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior HR role with a focus on employee relations and talent management.
  • Preferred experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues.
  • Deep understanding of performance management processes.
  • Ability to identify, develop, and retain talent.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
