- Advise managers on employee relations cases and conduct complex ER investigations.
- Ensure accurate employee compensation and benefits administration.
Requirements- 10+ years of experience in a senior HR role with a focus on employee relations and talent management.
- Preferred experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues.
- Deep understanding of performance management processes.
