Job Description

Summary

As an HR Director at our company, you will lead HR strategies for Rx Manufacturing locations, supporting a blend of Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and onsite shared services. You will be responsible for guiding the leadership team through organizational development and change management initiatives, ensuring alignment between individual, business unit, and corporate practices.

Responsibilities
  • Guide the leadership team through organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Plan, design, and organize the HR function to deliver comprehensive HR services and support.
  • Develop talent strategy for manufacturing operations to ensure future growth.
  • Identify and deliver necessary development programs and training opportunities.
  • Lead the implementation of performance management tools and drive change and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal law, corporate guidelines, and practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environment.
  • HR Generalist experience with cross-cultural and matrix organization experience.
  • Strong skills in creating, tracking, and presenting KPIs for HR functions.
  • Experience with coaching, developing a team, and employment law.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing business requirements.
  • Technologically astute with experience in HRIS systems.
  • Experience managing talent acquisition with in-house recruiters and vendor management.
