HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist at LVMH Fashion Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and delivery of People priorities that foster a high-performance culture and employee-focused experience. You will work closely with the Sr. HR Business Partner to implement programs that attract, develop, and manage talent across the organization.

• Facilitate implementation and execution of key HR programs and processes, including on-boarding, performance management, and compensation.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and collaborate with business leaders and legal counsel as needed.
• Act as the initial point of contact for employee groups, managing special projects and driving action planning.
• Collaborate with specialized HR functions to maximize the impact of HR initiatives.
• Manage performance improvement plans and involuntary terminations with the Sr. HR Business Partner.
• Support administrative tasks such as file maintenance and HRIS updates.
• Consult internally to support talent assessment and development, and drive succession planning.
• Support internal programs focused on workforce retention and engagement.
• Collect and analyze employee data to measure the effectiveness of talent strategies.

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Retail experience preferred; experience in luxury/fashion business a plus.
• Familiarity with HR processes, systems, and tools.
• Effective communication skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS Systems.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
