Job Description

Summary

The HR Operations Coordinator provides administrative support to HR Shared Services and Kering brands, managing HRIS data, benefits administration, payroll support, and general HR correspondence. This role assists with employee inquiries, internal audits, and special projects to ensure accurate HR processes and records.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain employment records and personnel information in HRIS for onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policy, payroll accuracy, benefits, time-off, and personnel updates
  • Assist with internal audits to ensure HRIS data accuracy and payroll needs
  • Support special projects requested by HR Shared Services or individual brands
  • Maintain HR correspondence and handle distribution of payroll checks and incoming HR mail
  • Manage benefits administration including new hire enrollment and mid-year changes
  • Process benefits billing and COBRA administration and interface with vendors

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products
  • Excellent organizational skills and thoroughness to ensure quality work
