Job Description

Summary

As an HR Operations Intern at Kering, you will support the HR Shared Services department by providing administrative care on all Human Resources related matters and processes. Based in Wayne, New Jersey, you will report to the HR Operations Team Supervisor and contribute to the value of Kering brands.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain employment records and personnel information within HRIS related to onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policy, payroll, benefits, and personnel updates.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure data accuracy within HRIS and compliance with policy changes.
  • Assist with special projects as requested by the HR Shared Services team or brand-specific needs.
  • Sort and distribute outgoing payroll checks and incoming mail within the HR Department.
Requirements
  • Current student completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize workload with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on quality work.
