Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system enhancements and upgrades.
- Support the HRIS team in maintaining process documentation and functional specifications for HR technology and integrations.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex issues to prevent challenges for leadership.
- Investigate and leverage untapped HRIS functionalities to optimize processes and drive system adoption.
- Assist with change management efforts and ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Controls.
- Partner with IT and HRIS to track tasks, projects, issues, and enhancements.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years supporting HR technology, with global experience being a plus.
- Progressive experience with HR systems, processes, and tools, preferably within Oracle HCM.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems design, structure, data flows, and integrations.
- Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Onsite work required at our Home Office in Corte Madera, CA.
