Job Description

Summary

As an HRIS Analyst at RH, you will support all aspects of our people systems and programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance and innovate HR tools and processes. You will play a key role in optimizing our HRIS functionalities and ensuring system efficiency as our business expands globally.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Support the HRIS team in maintaining process documentation and functional specifications for HR technology and integrations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex issues to prevent challenges for leadership.
  • Investigate and leverage untapped HRIS functionalities to optimize processes and drive system adoption.
  • Assist with change management efforts and ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Controls.
  • Partner with IT and HRIS to track tasks, projects, issues, and enhancements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years supporting HR technology, with global experience being a plus.
  • Progressive experience with HR systems, processes, and tools, preferably within Oracle HCM.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems design, structure, data flows, and integrations.
  • Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Onsite work required at our Home Office in Corte Madera, CA.
