Job Description

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. Role involves in-store and digital selling using technology to outreach, style, and convert clients while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide elevated styling and brand expertise to clients in person and digitally
  • Use digital tools, social media, and store technology to outreach and sell
  • Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
  • Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
  • Strategize business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
  • Create positive work environment through collaboration
  • Serve clients who come into the store and those reached remotely

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
  • Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
  • Commission sales experience
  • Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Flexible work schedule
