Head Of Global Data and Analytics

Summary

Senior technology leader accountable for establishing and evolving a global data and analytics center of excellence to deliver reporting, dashboards, insights, analytics, and data driven assets across the enterprise. This role leads a cross functional analytics organization, manages vendor relationships, oversees core reporting technologies, and partners with IT and business stakeholders to align analytics strategy with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a center of excellence for data, reporting, and analytics enterprise wide
• Create a customer focused operating model to deliver reporting dashboards insights and analytics
• Build cross functional data analytics capabilities across direct to consumer commercial supply chain and corporate functions
• Lead business transformation activities including SAP ERP implementations and project delivery
• Transform and manage the Analytics team including hiring skills alignment and delivery models
• Manage core reporting and analytics technologies and related vendor relationships
• Lead a core leadership team and coordinate with onshore and offshore partners and third party vendors
• Ensure IT roadmap alignment with planned projects budgets and strategies alongside the CIO
• Establish analytics performance metrics SLAs and KPIs

Requirements

• Proven leadership of analytics and reporting functions at enterprise scale
• Experience with SAP ERP implementations and large scale transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of reporting data science machine learning and analytics ecosystems
• Experience managing vendors strategic sourcing and third party delivery partners
• Ability to partner with finance procurement and business stakeholders to align budgets and priorities
• Experience coordinating SOX assessments reconciliations and compliance related reporting
• Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams and establishing governance such as steering committees
