Job Description

Summary

The Head of International Mobility defines, leads, and implements the Group's international mobility policy and serves as the primary contact for Maisons on expatriation and impatriation matters. This role ensures compliance with local and international regulations, designs compensation packages for international assignments, and manages vendor and insurance relationships. The position collaborates with Compensation and Benefits, Security, Travel, and Talent teams to deliver a seamless employee experience during mobility processes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the Group international mobility policy in alignment with corporate strategy
  • Oversee and maintain the international mobility tracking tool
  • Act as the single point of contact for Maisons on mobility matters
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and market best practices in international mobility
  • Design and implement compensation packages for expatriates considering local specifics
  • Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits on package development and equity studies
  • Select, negotiate with, and manage external service providers and vendors
  • Manage international health life insurance and retirement arrangements with Group Benefits
  • Oversee the Business Travel Accident program with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Tax Law Human Resources or equivalent (Bac +5)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in international mobility management
  • Experience within a law firm or international group preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to negotiate influence and manage vendor relationships
  • Adaptability open-mindedness and teamwork orientation
