Summary
Lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing for Fragrance and Beauty in Canada, driving brand stewardship, commercial growth, and integrated campaign performance while managing a marketing team and cross functional collaboration. This is a full-time maternity-leave replacement contract based in the Toronto office focused on portfolio strategy, CRM, budget management, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the marketing vision and multi year strategic roadmap by category.
- Lead launches and integrated campaigns to drive brand equity and commercial growth.
- Manage promotion budget and recommend A P investment mix by category.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, VM, Supply Chain and global teams for alignment and execution.
- Develop CRM strategy including segmentation, engagement calendar and loyalty initiatives.
- Oversee trade, client event and consumer engagement planning and execution.
- Track and report KPIs including campaign ROI, sell through, engagement data and revenue.
- Inspire, develop and lead a high performing marketing team with clear objectives and coaching.
- Contribute to annual and multi year budget planning and forecasts.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience of 10+ years, ideally in premium or luxury or FMCG marketing.
- Strong strategic, analytical and commercial acumen with digital savviness.
- Experience in retail, omnichannel and wholesale landscapes and product launch planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with change management experience.
- Ability to leverage market and consumer insights to inform strategy and assortment.
- Experience managing budgets and tracking marketing performance metrics.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset for national communication.
