Head Of Omnichannel Finance

Job Purpose

At The Watches of Switzerland Group, the Head of Omnichannel Finance will lead all financial planning, performance management, and business partnering activities for the U.S. retail business. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth through actionable insights and rigorous financial stewardship. The position oversees two direct reports and collaborates closely with cross-functional leadership team to optimize performance and support financial business decisions.

The ideal candidate combines deep FP&A expertise with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to partner effectively across the organization. As the finance owner of the retail showrooms and E-commerce financial statements, this leader will demonstrate sound judgment, analytical rigor and a results-oriented mindset. The role requires a collaborative, hands-on, and people-oriented professional who drives continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and ways of working while fostering a high-performance team culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
• 12-15 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance with deep understanding of financial controls, and reporting processes
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience
• Proven experience in retail, luxury goods, omnichannel or consumer products is highly desired
• Experience within multinational and/or publicly traded organizations preferred
• Expertise with ERP and business intelligence platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, Cognos, BW, and Power BI
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Business related travel when necessary
