Lead U.S. marketing and visual merchandising strategy for the Watches & Fine Jewelry category. Elevate brand equity, product storytelling, and boutique expression while driving business growth and leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute U.S. brand and product marketing strategies, including collection launches and product storytelling.
- Coordinate communications, media, events, retail, and digital initiatives with internal and global partners.
- Set visual merchandising strategy across U.S. boutiques and partner with Retail and Merchandising teams on product presentation and client engagement.
- Analyze market insights, competition, and product strategies to identify opportunities and guide product development.
- Lead and develop the Marketing and Visual Merchandising team, supporting collaboration and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of overall experience, including 10 or more years in branding, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Experience in brand, product, or retail marketing; 360-degree marketing orchestration; and visual merchandising strategy.
- Experience leading teams and leaders, with P&L management, budget ownership, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred. Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 15% to 20%.
- Ability to work in the New York office at least three days per week.
