Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of tailors and alterationists to meet quality and productivity goals
• Perform alterations and tailoring on luxury menswear garments including jackets, pants, and shirts
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of industrial sewing machines and pressers
• Ensure alteration deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld
• Collaborate with store team to support customer satisfaction and sales objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team of tailors or alterationists
• 2-3+ years experience using and maintaining industrial sewing machines and pressers
• Proven expertise in altering luxury menswear garments
• Strong customer service focus and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a retail team
