Summary

The Home Concierge serves as a brand ambassador and helps deliver an exceptional client experience. This role builds genuine client relationships, supports the retail team, and maintains the calendar of appointments and in-store events.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors and Managers with product delivery and setup services.
• Transport employees, clients, and packages safely as appropriate.
• Manage inventory in a clean, secure, and organized manner.
• Protect products and remain aware of safety and security issues.
• Greet clients courteously and collaborate with the Client Experience and store teams.
• Maintain the daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.
