Job Description

Summary

As a Home Delivery Administrative Assistant at RH, you will provide essential financial and administrative support to our Home Delivery Center operations and Team Members. Your role will involve managing sensitive information with accuracy and discretion, and utilizing reports to maintain organization and timeliness.

Responsibilities
  • Support in the preparation and processing of financial reporting and documents including expense reports.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports for internal use.
  • Assist with audits by gathering necessary records and documentation.
  • Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of internal operations and financial information.
  • Collaborate with key Home Office partners and engage closely with the Home Delivery Senior Leadership team.
  • Contribute to the design and development of effective and scalable reports and integrations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience supporting leadership and teams in a luxury-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Apple technology.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Periodic domestic travel required.
