Home Delivery Associate

Summary

The Home Delivery Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations and ensuring successful delivery preparation and processing. This role focuses on maintaining warehouse organization, inspecting products for quality, and preparing items for outbound delivery. The associate will handle loading, unloading, labeling, scanning, and returns processing while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize maintain and clean the warehouse space
• Unload label scan and organize incoming product
• Fully inspect products to ensure highest quality
• Wrap prepare process and load returns
• Verify items are correct in assigned outbound lanes
• Prepare orders for delivery
• Remove debris and packaging from the warehouse
• Represent brand by delivering operational excellence

Requirements

• Sense of teamwork ownership urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and mobilize items from at least 75 lbs
• Must pass background screen
• Comfort working in a warehouse and performing physical tasks
• Ability to follow operational procedures and quality standards
