Home Delivery Associate

Summary

Deliver operational excellence in the warehouse by inspecting, preparing, and organizing product for outbound delivery while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Perform hands-on tasks including loading, wrapping, and processing returns to ensure accurate and timely home deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and clean the warehouse space and remove debris and packaging
• Unload, label, scan, and organize incoming product
• Fully inspect products to ensure the highest quality
• Wrap, prepare, process, and load returns
• Verify that items are correct in assigned outbound lanes
• Prepare orders for delivery and assist with staging
• Live company vision, values, and beliefs in daily work

Requirements

• Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and mobilize items from at least 75 lbs
• Must pass background screen
• Comfort working in a warehouse and performing physical tasks
• Willingness to follow safety and quality procedures
