Summary

As a Home Delivery Associate you will represent the RH brand by delivering operational excellence in the warehouse and preparing orders for delivery. The role focuses on receiving, inspecting, organizing, staging, and loading product while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to handle heavy items are essential.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and clean the warehouse space; remove debris and packaging
• Unload, label, scan, and organize incoming product
• Fully inspect products to ensure quality and process returns (wrap, prepare, load)
• Verify items in outbound lanes and prepare orders for delivery

Requirements

• Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail
• Must pass background screen
• Ability to lift and mobilize items of at least 75 lbs.
