Home Delivery Lead

Summary

The Home Delivery Lead coaches and mentors a warehouse and delivery team to achieve operational excellence and elevate the customer experience. This role oversees daily inbound and outbound workload, enforces safety and cleanliness, and supports inventory control and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor delivery and warehouse associates to meet performance goals
• Allocate labor and plan daily inbound and outbound workload
• Ensure operations comply with safety laws and maintain a clean warehouse
• Complete required records and reports accurately and timely
• Participate in setting department and associate goals for productivity and quality
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control
• Train and inspire associates to meet departmental objectives

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• Experience with RF scanning preferred
• Strong communication skills with experience training and coaching associates
• Ability to learn and train new technology and operate equipment
• Ability to lift and mobilize items of at least 75 lbs
• Ability to pass background and drug screen
