Home Delivery Lead

Summary

As Home Delivery Lead, you will coach and mentor a team to deliver operational excellence across warehouse and home delivery functions. You will oversee inbound and outbound workflows, labor allocation, inventory control, and safety to support daily departmental goals. The role focuses on associate development, accurate recordkeeping, and maintaining a clean, compliant warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and mentor associates to achieve productivity, quality, and development goals.
• Allocate labor and plan daily inbound and outbound workloads for the warehouse operation.
• Ensure safe operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain a clean warehouse.
• Complete required records and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts, to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor, maintain, and operate warehouse equipment and machinery.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• RF scanning experience preferred; ability to learn and train new technology.
• Excellent communication skills and experience training and coaching associates.
• Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to at least 75 lbs and operate equipment.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
