Home Delivery Lead

Summary

The Home Delivery Lead coaches and mentors a team to deliver operational excellence across warehouse and home delivery functions. This role supports a strong customer experience through safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote workplace safety and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse.
• Complete operational records and reports accurately and on time.
• Allocate labor and plan daily inbound and outbound workloads.
• Help set department and associate goals for productivity, quality, and development.
• Support inventory control, including cycle counts, and work toward departmental goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and experience training and coaching associates.
• Ability to learn and train others on technology, facilitate change, and operate equipment and machinery.
• RF scanning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items weighing at least 75 pounds.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
