Home Delivery Lead

Summary

The Home Delivery Lead coaches and mentors a warehouse and delivery team to execute safe, efficient inbound, outbound, and home delivery operations. This role drives daily productivity, quality, and inventory control while supporting continuous improvement of the customer experience. The Lead plans labor, oversees workflows, and ensures accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and mentor associates to deliver operational excellence and safety
• Allocate labor and plan daily inbound and outbound workloads for the warehouse
• Maintain accurate records and reports for warehouse activities
• Support inventory control through cycle counts and departmental goal achievement
• Monitor and operate equipment and machinery as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• RF scanning experience preferred; comfortable learning and training new technology
• Strong communication skills and experience training and coaching associates
• Ability to lift and mobilize items of at least 75 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
• Must pass background and drug screen
