Home Delivery Lead

Summary

The Home Delivery Lead coaches and mentors a team to deliver operational excellence across warehouse and home delivery functions. This role supports a high-quality customer experience and helps maintain safe, effective daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote workplace safety and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse.
• Complete required records and reports accurately and on time.
• Allocate labor and plan daily inbound and outbound workloads.
• Help establish department and associate goals for productivity, quality, and development.
• Support inventory control through cycle counts and daily goal attainment.
• Train, coach, and support associates.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and experience training and coaching associates.
• Ability to learn and train others on new technology and operate equipment and machinery.
• RF scanning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items weighing at least 75 pounds.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
