Summary

Responsible for creating an elevated delivery experience by coordinating and scheduling home deliveries via phone and email. Acts as a primary point of contact for customers, providing luxury service and timely solutions for complex delivery scenarios. Works within a fast paced, high contact environment to meet performance standards and support internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service throughout the scheduling process
• Field inbound and outbound calls to set up home delivery appointments
• Act with a sense of urgency to resolve complex customer scheduling issues
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate deliveries
• Meet or exceed performance standards and maintain compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred
• Poise and confidence when interacting with high end customers
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort navigating multiple systems
• Resilient, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure
• Proactive, organized, and detail oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and mandatory overtime
• Must pass a background check
