The Home Sales Professional delivers exceptional customer experiences while representing the Ralph Lauren brand. This role builds client relationships, achieves sales goals, and shares product knowledge across the Ralph Lauren lifestyle offering.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable product guidance, styling support, and memorable service.
• Build client relationships through correspondence, outreach, and virtual selling.
• Drive sales through key product pillars and full-price business while supporting product launches and company initiatives.
• Maintain product and industry knowledge, professional presentation, and compliance with company policies.
• Assist with inventory, events, projects, and opening or closing duties as needed.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, positive approach and genuine interest in working with people and the brand.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver throughout the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
• Computer proficiency preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
