Summary

The Hospitality Ambassador creates a welcoming luxury environment and provides attentive, high-touch hospitality to boutique clients. This role supports the client experience by coordinating with sales associates and responding to guest needs throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage boutique traffic, identify client needs, and escort clients to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Provide bespoke hospitality in collaboration with the sales team and assist clients with transportation, directions, and shopping bags or purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of the store, neighborhood, services, and product categories.
• Monitor client service and safety needs, and support operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar retail environment or as a concierge or host in a high-end setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a warm, gracious, and professional manner.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Interest in learning about the métiers, history, and art collection; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and stand for extended periods.
