Job Description

Summary

The Hospitality and Experience Manager at Dior Dallas is responsible for ensuring exceptional luxury service standards and hospitality are consistently communicated to all customers. This role involves managing in-store client experiences and acting as the operational liaison between Dior and third-party hospitality vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of quality service in all points of contact.
  • Execute in-house hospitality experiences and manage third-party consultants/operators.
  • Own the client experience for all hospitality needs within the store.
  • Support the Hospitality Team in organizing resources and process improvements.
  • Facilitate telephone inquiries and assist in marketing events.
  • Welcome clients and personalize their experience on the floor.
  • Recruit new clients and cultivate relationships in the local society.
  • Implement and elevate the Dior Selling Ceremony standards.
  • Develop and maintain the Boutique animation calendar.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of prior relevant work experience in a luxury environment.
  • Strong client focus mentality and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
