Summary
Experienced and visionary Hospitality Leader responsible for cultivating service and operational excellence in restaurant operations within the Design Gallery, developing talent, refining systems, and delivering elevated guest experiences while collaborating cross functionally to support RH Hospitality objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members and leaders through coaching, structured training, and in the moment guidance to uphold dining room service standards
- Define and guide strategic direction of the dining team including recruitment hiring and onboarding
- Cultivate a service driven culture ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience
- Own and optimize operational excellence by upholding quality safety and compliance standards
- Serve as a brand ambassador and resource for guests leaders and team members
- Drive financial performance by setting labor and sales goals and analyzing financial reporting
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue profitability and control food and labor costs
- Collaborate cross functionally with Culinary and Gallery Leadership locally and globally
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a high volume full service restaurant or equivalent
- Proven expertise in financial performance including labor food costs and inventory controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel inventory management systems and point of sale systems
- Ability to work autonomously make strategic decisions and collaborate across leadership levels
- Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts as needed
- Ability to frequently move and lift items up to 50 lbs and stand and walk for extended periods
