- Develop partnerships with leadership across the property for seamless integration of the restaurant within the guest experience.
- Mentor, train, and coach teams to deliver sales.

- Foster open communication between Dining Room and Kitchen Leaders and associates.
- Multi-task and prioritize among multiple complex daily priorities.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in the Hospitality industry.
- Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with accountability for specific revenue goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Business development or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
