The House of Dior Beverly Hills seeks a refined, engaging Host to serve as the first ambassador of the boutique. The Host will create a warm, welcoming, and sophisticated environment, thoughtfully guiding clients and ensuring a seamless, memorable experience that reflects the Maison's standards of luxury and service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet each client upon arrival, creating an immediate positive impression.
- Discreetly ascertain the purpose of visits and direct inquiries, anticipating client needs.
- Introduce clients to appropriate Brand Ambassadors and facilitate personalized experiences.
- Provide exceptional, anticipatory service and offer curated tours and recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior collections, services, and spa offerings.
- Utilize boutique technology and client management systems proficiently.
- Manage boutique traffic with discretion and support special events and clienteling initiatives.
- Help maintain the boutique's presentation and inviting ambiance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- A polished, poised, and professional demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating client needs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required and proficiency with CRM and boutique technology.
