Summary

Serve as the first point of contact for restaurant guests, delivering warm, attentive, and elevated hospitality. Maintain the host stand and dining room presentation while guiding guests through their visit and supporting smooth seating flow. Represent the brand through professional presentation and strong knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience by providing first class service at all times
• Greet guests promptly and graciously and guide them to their table
• Maintain organization of the host stand, coat closet, menu display, and dining areas
• Model personal presentation standards and engage warmly with guests
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurant culinary and beverage offerings
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and maximize guest experience
• Work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
• Lift and move up to 50lbs and stand and walk for extended periods

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol and work required shifts
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand and walk for extended periods
