Summary

The Host greets and seats customers, provides friendly customer service, and supports restaurant operations at the Natick Mall location. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and a positive attitude to assist guests and coworkers in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers quickly and professionally
• Share knowledge and enthusiasm about the menu and products with customers
• Assist with new employee training and positively reinforce performance
• Support other restaurant areas as requested, including answering telephones
• Complete financial transactions and documentation as needed
• Perform stock work and cleanup duties
• Adjust hours and schedule weekly based on business needs

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
