Host - Part Time

Summary

Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for restaurant guests, delivering elevated hospitality and creating a warm, organized dining experience. Guide guests to seating, manage the host stand and coat closet, and represent the brand with professional presentation and product knowledge. Collaborate with leadership to optimize seating flow and uphold service standards in a busy gallery restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and graciously and escort them to their tables
• Maintain the organization and presentation of the host stand, coat closet, and menu displays
• Manage seating flow to maximize guest experience and business performance
• Serve as a brand ambassador by modeling professional appearance and service behaviors
• Engage warmly with guests and maintain knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings
• Partner with leadership and front of house team to coordinate guest service
• Work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States at time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements for applicable duties and shifts
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using appropriate techniques
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
