Summary

Provide an exceptional first impression for guests at the restaurant by delivering warm, detail oriented hospitality. Welcome and guide guests, maintain host stand organization, and support seating flow to uphold elevated service standards.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience by providing first class service at all times
• Greet guests promptly and graciously and guide them to their table
• Maintain organization of the host stand coat closet menu display and dining room areas
• Model personal presentation standards and engage warmly with guests
• Maintain knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings to inform guests
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and maximize guest experience
• Work weekends holidays and variable shifts as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements for alcohol service and shift work
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
