Summary

Seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression for guests at the Minneapolis restaurant. The Host will welcome guests, guide them through their visit, maintain presentation standards, and support seating flow to deliver elevated hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience by providing first class service at all times
• Greet guests promptly and guide them to their table
• Maintain organization of the host stand, coat closet, menu display, and dining room areas
• Model personal presentation standards and serve as a brand ambassador
• Engage warmly with guests and maintain knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and maximize guest experience
• Support variable shifts including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States at time of application
• Meet minimum local legal age for serving alcohol and performing role duties
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using appropriate techniques
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
