Summary

Seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression for guests at our New York restaurant. The Host will welcome guests, guide them through their visit, maintain dining room areas, and model high standards of hospitality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm inviting experience and provide First Class Service
• Greet guests promptly and guide them to their table
• Maintain organization of host stand, coat closet, menu display, and dining room areas
• Serve as a brand ambassador and maintain knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and guest experience
• Support business performance through effective seating management
• Work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements for service and shifts
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using appropriate techniques
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
