Summary

Seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression for guests at our restaurant. The Host will welcome guests warmly, guide them through their visit, maintain presentation standards, and support seating flow to ensure elevated hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience by providing first class service at all times
• Greet guests promptly and graciously and guide them to their table
• Maintain organization of the host stand, coat closet, menu display, and dining room areas
• Model personal presentation standards and serve as a brand ambassador
• Maintain strong knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings to assist guests
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and maximize guest experience
• Work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States at time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol and perform role duties
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using appropriate techniques
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Flexible availability for variable shifts including weekends and holidays
