Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring customer experience on the sales floor, supporting store initiatives, and assisting in driving daily sales performance. This role supports customer engagement, product discovery, and operational standards while learning pathways to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day business to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
- Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize company commerce tools and technologies to support alternative purchasing processes
- Engage in clienteling and networking to build a clientele
- Maintain sales floor standards and support merchandising and store presentation
- Provide feedback to management on customer and category opportunities
- Perform physical tasks including operating register, stocking, and lifting up to 30 lbs
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk and maneuver on the sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift climb and perform physical tasks up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and occasional overnight travel
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Capacity to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team
