Hr Controlling Analyst - Temp

Summary

Entry level HR Controlling Analyst supporting financial planning and analysis for workforce costs across North America. The role assists with budgeting forecasting and cost reporting while partnering with HR Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate headcount and staff cost information and supports month end close activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly HR reporting packages for Finance and Accounting
• Validate and submit monthly staff costs headcount FTE and turnover calculations
• Collaborate with Finance to analyze staff cost forecasts versus P and L labor expenses
• Prepare monthly recurring GL entries and accruals to support accounting and EOM close
• Partner with HR and Payroll to align payroll and employee data across systems
• Analyze variances and identify risks or opportunities
• Contribute to workforce planning initiatives
• Assist with process improvement projects to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency

Requirements

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Background in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
• Familiarity with HRIS payroll or BI reporting tools is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• High level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across teams
