Job Description

Summary

Provide administrative support to HR Shared Services and Kering brands, handling HRIS data entry, benefits administration, payroll support, and general HR inquiries. Support onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, internal audits, and special projects to ensure accurate personnel records and smooth HR operations. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding policies, payroll, time off, and benefits enrollment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain employment records and personnel information in HRIS for onboarding, offboarding, and updates.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about company policy, payroll accuracy, time off, and benefits.
  • Assist with internal audits to ensure HRIS data accuracy and payroll processes.
  • Support special projects requested by HR Shared Services or brand teams.
  • Manage HR correspondence and distribution of payroll checks and departmental mail.
  • Administer benefits tasks including new hire enrollment and mid-year changes.
  • Handle benefits billing, COBRA administration, and vendor interfaces.
  • Perform other assigned HR administrative duties.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related HR experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products.
  • Excellent organizational skills and thoroughness.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll processes preferred.
