Human Resources Business Partner Manager

As the Human Resources Business Partner Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our Boutique & Wholesale Retail employee population, providing general support to the PCD Commercial population. You will operate in a generalist capacity, developing and executing HR initiatives across talent management, performance management, training and development, compliance, and employee relations. Partnering with the Senior Manager, you will implement programs to attract, coach, develop, and manage the organization’s talent pool.

• Serve as the primary HR contact for Boutique & Wholesale Retail Teams and broader PCD organization.
• Lead HR strategies and serve as HR Project Manager for new boutique locations.
• Provide comprehensive HR support for new Boutique openings and key transformation areas.
• Act as a liaison between field/retail population and corporate teams.
• Ensure precise and timely execution of HR operations.
• Provide insight and feedback to people managers and guide people leaders.
• Conduct internal investigations in response to employee complaints.
• Manage all retail/field internal employee communications.
• Identify talent risks and support in securing a healthy talent pipeline.
• Partner with cross-functional HR teams to optimize Onboarding programs.

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Knowledgeable in Retail business KPIs and retail math.
• Highly motivated & organized with good time management skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
• 30-40% domestic travel required.
• Hybrid in-office schedule of 4 days in NYC office, 1 day remote.
