Job Description

Summary

The Human Resources Director will lead HR strategy and operations for the U.S., the Caribbean, and Travel Retail from the Miami office, partnering with executive leadership to drive talent management, organizational design, compensation and benefits, compliance, learning and development, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement long-term HR strategy across the U.S., Caribbean, and Travel Retail.
  • Establish HR KPIs and monitor talent management performance.
  • Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
  • Design and manage talent development, performance appraisal, coaching, and training programs.
  • Implement and manage compensation, incentive, and benefits programs and payroll oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and manage employee relations.
  • Support boutique openings with workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Serve as primary HR liaison within the Miami LVMH ecosystem and with HQ in Switzerland.
  • Represent the brand at HR industry and LVMH events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
  • Strong expertise in U.S. employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience leading HR in retail, luxury, or consumer-facing industries.
  • Proven ability in talent development, organizational design, and change management.
  • Experience managing payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a strong asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
