Summary
Senior HR leader responsible for partnering with regional and retail management across the Pacific Northwest to drive talent acquisition, development, performance management, and compliance while supporting organizational growth and employee engagement. Role involves strategic workforce planning, succession management, and coaching leaders to foster high performance and retention. Position is remote within the Pacific Northwest with significant travel to local stores.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional and retail leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Develop and coach managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and team development.
- Lead talent acquisition planning and oversee recruitment for retail and regional office management roles.
- Manage performance career review and organizational management review processes.
- Oversee complex employee relations investigations and ensure compliance with local legislation.
- Collaborate with compensation and benefits to execute annual individual compensation reviews.
- Identify training needs and work with talent development and training teams to implement programs.
- Drive initiatives to increase engagement, productivity, and retention across the region.
- Partner on internal communications for rollout of regional HR communications.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience in a transferable industry.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, management, and succession planning.
- Knowledge of local employee and labor relations laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to coach leaders.
- Ability to work both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel significantly to local stores.
