Job Description

Summary

Join the HR team as a Human Resources Intern for Spring 2026 to gain hands-on experience across learning and development, HR policies, DEI initiatives, employee engagement, and talent acquisition while contributing to meaningful projects that impact organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee handbooks and policy documents
  • Contribute to reviewing, developing, and communicating HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in DEI initiatives and related projects
  • Facilitate learning and development training sessions aligned with goals
  • Update HR SharePoint site content for accuracy and accessibility
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement and internship events
  • Monitor the HR inbox and forward messages to appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate company organization charts
  • Support the HR team on ad hoc projects such as research and presentations

Requirements

  • Previous HR internship experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong teamwork communication and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated passion for HR and desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support ad hoc projects
