IT Hardware Asset Management - Analyst 2

As an IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst 2, you will leverage your communication, technical, and analytical skills to deliver and optimize scalable solutions for our customers. You will play a crucial role in aligning process and technology changes with company strategy, ensuring effective use of technology products and exceptional customer service.

• Maintain advanced knowledge of IT hardware, peripherals, and specifications including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Analyze device options to meet business needs and ensure tech compatibility.
• Process customer requests for new device orders, break-fix, or replacements.
• Manage accurate device inventory and organization across multiple locations.
• Lead tasks supporting program scope and suggest improvements.
• Utilize technology tool sets to improve efficiency and service delivery.

• 1-year experience as an Analyst, Financial Analyst, Logistics, or Technician.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Proven track record of leading projects and process improvements.
