IT Release Manager

As an IT Release Manager at Tiffany & Co. in Parsippany, NJ, you will oversee the deployment of IT solutions into production, collaborating with product teams, IT operations, and PMO. You will champion Agile practices, supporting automation and CI/CD to deliver new functionality and features efficiently and safely.

• Create and maintain a Release Calendar for planning development and testing activities.
• Conduct release readiness reviews, de-conflict sessions, and post-mortems to manage risk and resolve issues.
• Provide release health status, identify risks, and drive resolution with team members.
• Act as a central contact for stakeholders, communicating release plans and updates.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA to improve the release process through best practices and tools.
• Manage release schedules, dependencies, and environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in release management and 2+ years in DevOps.
• Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle, Agile practices, and project management.
• Experience in Continuous Deployment/Integration/Delivery.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
• ITIL and Agile certifications preferred.
