Summary
Regional in-store specialist responsible for acting as the liaison between corporate and store management to maximize sales and brand presence across department store accounts in Northern Florida. The role focuses on driving sales, training store teams, maintaining merchandising standards, and executing in-store marketing initiatives while supporting multiple luxury eyewear brands.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales in dedicated stores and work with the regional manager on strategies to improve business
- Achieve sales goals across all brands and actively seek opportunities to grow sales
- Maintain pristine merchandising, competitive facings, and positioning on the sales floor
- Regularly visit department store accounts to build relationships and manage restocking and general business maintenance
- Utilize sales and audit reports to analyze and manage business performance
- Build strong relationships with cross functional departments including sales and marketing
- Identify and execute in-store marketing initiatives such as trunk shows and pop ups
- Provide high level customer service during store visits and manage follow up as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
- Understanding of luxury fashion category; eyewear experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative, solution oriented, and proactive work style
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and measurable results
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Willingness to travel across Northern Florida and the greater Atlanta area with reliable transportation
