- Visit department store accounts regularly to build relationships, merchandise, restock, and maintain brand positioning.
- Utilize reports to analyze and manage business efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional departments including sales, marketing, and store management.
- Stay current on trends affecting the business and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the regional manager on missed opportunities and competitive insights.
- Manage and execute in-store marketing initiatives to drive business and enhance brand awareness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage follow-up with clients as needed.
Requirements- 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury and/or eyewear experience is a plus.
- Understanding of the luxury fashion category.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
