In-Store Visual Merchandiser - Madison Avenue

As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser at Prada Madison Avenue, you will be responsible for executing the fit-out of shop windows and in-store displays, adhering to the brand's high-quality standards and visual merchandising guidelines. Your role is crucial in enhancing the brand image and driving sales through effective visual presentation.

• Execute fit-outs based on the defined timeframe and guidelines from the Visual Merchandising Department, ensuring daily maintenance.
• Participate in fit-outs of other stores in the city as required by the VM Manager and Store Manager.
• Update the Display APP with photos of displays and shop windows whenever changes are made.
• Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to implement fit-outs that drive customer traffic and sales growth.
• Provide guidelines on product display to the Store Manager and Department Managers.
• Offer feedback on fit-out results to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising Functions.
• Work with Events and Promotional Activities for fit-outs during specific in-store events and cooperate with the Communication and PR Department for press presentations.
• Collaborate with Client Service Development/VIC for displays during private client appointments.

• Creative mindset with problem-solving skills and an interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
• International and/or regional experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe software.
• Self-motivated with a positive and collaborative approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
